Options Trader (remote):

We are seeking a talented and self-motivated Options Trader to join an options trading team. The ideal Options Trader would have an interest and experience in options trading. This Options Trader would work with the existing highly skilled options team and will be charged with helping maintain and extend the firm’s options volatility modeling.

Options Trader Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in technical areas such as electrical engineering, computer science, or mathematics.
– 4+ years of working experience in options trading.
– Highly proficient in Python and has solid working knowledge of C++.
– Strong familiarity with options and derivatives.
– Ability to develop options trading strategies.
– A track record of conducting and applying quantitative research to options trading.
– A track record of integrating alpha signal research into options trading systems.
– A track record of taking initiative and owning the outcome of core problems related to a trading system.
– In depth knowledge of market microstructure.
– In depth understanding of volatility dynamics and volatility modelling.
– Index options market making experience a plus.
– Values teamwork and can think independently.
– Communicate effectively while under pressure.
– Adapt to changing situations with ease.
– Has demonstrated the ability to use sound judgment while trading.
– Proven ability to develop new, profitable trading strategies.

Quantitative Researcher: Options Trading (remote):

We are seeking a talented and self-motivated Quantitative Researcher to join our options trading team. You will work in a collaborative team with the potential to deliver significant contributions through data-driven insights and by providing high-quality research tools enabling reproducible and well-tested research to take place across the firm. Our culture emphasizes teamwork and focuses on continuous integration and test-driven development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing Python data science tools and frameworks. This includes conducting alpha research, identifying new trading opportunities, and monitoring models in production.

Options Trading Quantitative Researcher Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, physics, computer science, or a related quantitative field.
– 2+ years of relevant work experience.
– Experience conducting and applying quantitative research to options trading.
– Experience integrating alpha signal research into options trading systems.
– In depth understanding of options pricing and volatility modelling.
– Strong knowledge of probability, statistics, and machine learning for time-series data.
– Excellent programming skills in Python (C++ familiarity is a plus).
– Experience with software engineering best practices including TDD and CI/CD.
– Experience with distributed computing.
– Prior experience developing on a Linux stack.
– Effective prioritization while being mindful of long-term objectives.
– Able to take ownership of projects in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
– Strong attention to detail.
– Outstanding communication skills to collaborate with different stakeholders across multiple geographical locations.

Experienced Trader (remote):

We are currently looking for an Experienced Trader for a great opportunity. The ideal Experienced Trader is willing to develop new trading strategies utilizing our proprietary software, as well as customizing current trading strategies. The company participates in a wide variety of marketplaces including global futures, equities, commodities, options, fixed income, and cryptocurrencies. Their culture emphasizes teamwork and focuses on continuous integration and test-driven development.

Experienced Trader Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in technical areas such as electrical engineering or computer science.
– 5+ years of working experience in high-volume trading.
– Preference to those with the ability to do light programming work using multi-dimensional arrays, nested loops, complex conditionals and simple file I/O.
– Preference to those who are fluent in C++ and/or Python.
– Strong mathematical aptitude.
– Proven ability to develop new, profitable trading strategies.
– Value teamwork and can think independently.
– Communicate effectively while under pressure.

Quantitative Researcher: Machine Learning (remote):

Machine Learning Quantitative Researcher Responsibilities:

We are seeking a talented and self-motivated Quantitative Researcher to join a growing data science effort.
You will work in a collaborative team with the potential to deliver significant contributions through data-driven insights and by providing high-quality research tools enabling reproducible and well-tested research to take place across the firm.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing our python data science tools and frameworks. This includes working collaboratively with multiple trading teams, conducting alpha research, identifying new trading opportunities, and monitoring models in production.

Machine Learning Quantitative Researcher Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s in mathematics, physics, computer science, or a related quantitative field with at least 4 years of relevant work experience or a Masters/PhD in mathematics, physics, computer science, or a related quantitative field with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
– Strong GPA (3.5 or higher).
– Strong knowledge of probability, statistics, and machine learning for time-series data.
– Excellent programming skills in Python (C++ familiarity is a plus).
– Experience with software engineering best practices including TDD and CI/CD.
– Experience with distributed computing.
– Prior experience developing on a Linux stack.

– Experience with orchestration and containerization tools (e.g. Singularity, Docker, Airflow, Prefect, etc.).
